Our Terms of Trade
Payment is required within 7 days of date of invoice. A late payment fee will be charged on all late payments.
Disclaimer
Clients are responsible for factual accuracy in all documentation provided to 100% ProofRed for editing. Obvious inaccuracies and inconsistencies will be queried by 100% ProofRed.
Corrections and editing done by 100% ProofRed are recommendations only. The client retains the right to accept or reject any suggestions made. 100% ProofRed takes no responsibility for the accuracy of dates, times, figures or calculations. The client is ultimately responsible for the correctness of the final edited and proofread document. The client will be asked to provide written (or emailed) confirmation of acceptance of the completed work.
Confidentiality
All personal details and/or information contained in documents forwarded to 100% ProofRed will be treated in strictest confidence. Unless otherwise requested, this information will be deleted when the work is completed.
Once submitted, contact information may be used by 100% ProofRed for correspondence related to proofreading and editing services we provide. Your details are always available to modify or delete from the 100% ProofRed database. These details will not be made available to, or disclosed to any third party not involved with the provision of service by 100% ProofRed.
