About Us
Based in the greater Wellington region, Jean McDowall leads 100% ProofRed and has over 20 years of varied experience in government and private sector work.
Leaving the hectic daily commute Jean has established herself as a freelance editor, proofreader and writer and has a group of experienced, qualified on-call staff to tackle bigger projects. Jean and her team's projects include leading the work on the Ministry of Transport's Writing Guide, short-term contracts in the Government Relations team at the Ministry of Health,and editing a short novel. As well, Jean has been involved with rewriting the Police Youth Education Service Desk Files and rewriting web content for the Police National Headquarters Intranet Replacement Project.
We also specialise in editing and proofing student assignments.
